The person being interviewed is George Hartman. He is being interviewed for a blacksmith job.George Hartman is a 75-year-old German male. He has been a Blacksmith for 40 years. He was a painter since 1920-1938. He dropped out of school in the 4th grade. George Hartman has lived in Nebraska for a while. He isslightly deaf but hardy. George has worked hard all his life. Lived honestly and expects others to. A good man with a good record.

While I was reading his interview I can get the sense that George Hartman is a loyal hard working man who has been around the block see that he is 75-years-old. Although Mr. Hartman was born in Germany, and moved here when he was 6-years-old, he seems to be loyal and trust worthy to the United States. Being a Blacksmith runs in George Hartman's family, his father was a Blacksmith so with his fathers teaching and 40 years of being a Backsmith, I'm pretty sure he knows what he is doing. George Hartman is also a skilled painter he has been painting for 18 years. So in the special skills department, I'd say he is well rounded.
